Entrepreneurship

As the founder of Lionshare, my journey began with a vision that eventually grew into multiple businesses under its umbrella. It started with a bold step: using a credit card to buy my first investment property.

Leaving my corporate career gave me the opportunity to build on that beginning. I acquired my first block of apartments and went on to develop a property portfolio of over 1,000 units. Over time, Lionshare’s interests grew beyond property into other industries.

In 2020, I won the Ignite category of the EY World Entrepreneur Award Southern Africa. It was a proud moment for me and a recognition of the journey we had taken to build Lionshare.

Philanthropy

Since 2005, I have been supporting the less privileged in downtown Johannesburg. This initiative arose out of necessity when hunger and homelessness became significant social issues in and around our businesses. read more...

PROBLEM

In Africa, 60% of the population is under 20 years old, with many countries experiencing a 60% youth unemployment rate. Through the Ike Cha Foundation, I endeavor to PREACH, TEACH AND MENTOR young individuals to become entrepreneurs like myself, aiming for wealth, health, and prosperity.
